5种铁线莲种子萌发特性的研究

摘要

铁线莲是一种优良的藤本花卉,园林应用潜力较大.对5种铁线莲种子的外观形态进行了观察,测量了种子的千粒重、相对含水量和吸水率,并就光照和温度对铁线莲种子萌发的影响进行了研究.5种铁线莲种子的萌发试验结果表明:光暗交替条件下,大叶铁线莲和东方铁线莲种子萌发较易,3个温度梯度均适合其种子萌发.光照促进了铁线莲品种蓝丝带的种子萌发,其种子萌发适宜温度为20℃/10℃变温和25℃/15℃变温.铁线莲品种蒙古钟声和黄花铁线莲种子的最适发芽条件是光暗交替条件下的25℃/15℃变温.%Clematis is an excellent vine flowers ,with a large garden application potential I.n this paper , seed morphology of five clematis species was observed ,and the 1000-seeds weight ,relative water content and moisture content of the seeds was measured .The effects of light and temperature on the germination of Clematis seeds were also studied ,the results showed that the seeds of Clematis hera-cleifolia and Clematis orientalis were easier to germinate in light and dark alternating conditions ,the three temperature gradients were all suitable for seed germination .The light promoted seed germina-tion of Clematis integrifolia'Blue Ribbons' ,the opportune seed germination temperature of its was 20 ℃/10 ℃ and 25/15 ℃ .The optimal seed germination conditions of Clematis integrifolia'Mongolian Bells' and Clematis intricata were 25 ℃ /15 ℃ ,alternation of light and darkness .
