不同植物生长调节剂对金荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

To study different concentrations of GA3,6-BA and IAA influence on Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don)Hara seed germination and seedling growth,with different concentrations of GA3,6-BA and IAA pretreatment 24 h,after soaking the seed germination and the seedlings of different indicators to study plant growth regulators soaking Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that among the concentrations,150 mg/L GA3 soaking,the seed germination rate,the seed germination index,the seed vitality index,the seedlings'fresh weight,plant height and root length increased by 37.7 %、39.6 %、68.3 %、75.6 %、17.7 %、20.5 %,total chlorophyll content increased 18.7 %,specific activity of peroxidase increased 68 %.Each indicator increased significantly compared with control after 0.1 mg/L 6-BA and 25 mg/L IAA soaking.Among all the seed treatments with the 3 plant growth regulators indicated that the treatment with 150 mg/L GA3 had the best effects on the seed germination and the seedling growth.%以不同浓度的GA3、6-BA和IAA浸种24 h,通过比较浸种后种子萌发以及幼苗生长各项指标来研究植物生长调节剂浸种对金荞麦种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在本试验处理浓度范围内,150 mg/L的GA3浸种后种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、平均鲜重、平均株高、平均根长、叶绿素含量、POD活力分别提高37.7%、39.6%、68.3%、75.6%、17.7%、20.5%、18.7%、68%.而用0.1 mg/L 6-BA和25 mg/L IAA浸种后各项指标与对照相比均显著增加.3种植物生长调节剂综合比较表明,150 mg/L的GA3对金荞麦种子萌发和幼苗生长作用效果最为理想.
