土地整治可行性分析指标体系初探

摘要

科学有效地进行土地整治可行性分析是顺利开展土地整治活动的前提和基础。在对国内相关研究分析的基础上，阐释了土地整治可行性分析的概念和内容，明确了土地整治可行性分析的性质及其在土地整治活动中的定位，提出了进行土地整治可行性分析的原则，并在此基础上构建了土地整治可行性分析框架。最后，在上述原则和框架指导下探讨了土地整治可行性分析指标体系，以期为土地整治科学决策、合理实施提供一定的借鉴。%It is the premise and basis for the successful development of land rearrangement activities to have a scientific and effective analysis of the feasibility of land rearrangement .On the basis of the relevant research and analysis at home ,this paper expounds the concept and content of feasibility analysis of land rearrangement ,analyzes the nature and position of the land rearrangement activities ,comes up with the principle for the analysis of the feasibility of land rearrangement and builds the framework of the analysis .The paper ends with an exploration of the index system for feasibility analysis of land rearrangement under the guidance of the principles and framework ,so as to offer some references for scientific decision-making and reasonable implementation in the process of land rearrangement .
