随着经济的发展和农村改革的深入，发达地区的农用地流转已经是非常普遍了。通过对浙江省天台县农村居民的调查分析，了解到该地区的农用地流转比率较高，流转形式主要是出租和代耕，流转信息公开度比较差，并且流转的约定形式也主要为口头协议和无约定形式。通过农户对农用地流转的意愿分析，可以得出年龄越小，学历越高的农户越愿意流转自己的农用地；家庭人口越少，外出人口比重越大的农户越愿意流转自己的农用地；非农收入越高的农户越愿意流转自己的农用地等。同时利用因子分析法，分析了农用地流转过程中的主要影响因子为家庭收入因子、村民特征因子、家庭规模因子和职业因子。最后根据分析结果，提出了相应的对策来促进和规范农用地流转。%With the further development of economy and the rural reform ,the conversion of farmland in developed areas is very common .Through the survey of rural residents in Tiantai county ,it was found that the ratio of farmland circulation in this area is relatively high ,with the main circulation forms being rent and alternative cultivation ,and the circulation information openness is poor with the form of circulation agreement being mainly oral promise or even without agreement .From analysis of farmers'willingness ,it can be concluded that younger farmers ,families with less people ,the households with high proportion of outflow ,the non‐rural households with higher income are willing to circulate their land .Concurrently ,adopting factor analysis ,the study analyzes the main influential factors of farmland circulation ,including family income factor ,farmer characteristic factor ,family scale factor and occupational factor .Finally ,according to the results of the analysis ,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote and regulate the circulation of agricultural land .
