基于空间句法的旅游控制性详细规划的量化分析--以湖南省长沙县北山镇曲水河景区为例

     

摘要

The tourism regulatory planning serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following in tourism planning ,which is an important part of tourism planning .Most of the existing tourism planning adopt qualitative analysis , while the quantitative analysis should be used because it can make the planning more scientific and rational .In this paper , the tourism regulatory planning of Qushui River scenic area in Hunan Beishan Forest Park is based on space syntax theory ,using UCL Depthmap tool to build scenic axis analysis model .Combined with the variables in terms of connection , integration and intelligence ,this paper depends on the results of quantitative analysis to guide traffic system ,landscape system ,recreation system ,tourism service system and planning of functional division in the scenic area .The results showed that:(1) space syntax analysis is suitable for the spatial morphology of scenic area .The result of the calculation can effectively guide tourism regulatory planning ,with connection and integration being used as an important basis for the spatial layout of tourism projects ,and with intelligence reflecting the rationality of spatial layout from a holistic perspective;(2) the axis model of space syntax was obtained from planning transportation system .But on the basis of morphological variables ,traffic system can be adjusted to the optimization .In order to achieve the optimal overall space layout ,landscape system ,recreation system and tourism service system should seek not only high integration but also combination of planning objectives ,environmental requirements ,passenger flow ,and so on .%旅游规划现有研究多采用定性的分析方法,亟待使用更多定量分析方法以增强规划的科学性和合理性。湖南省北山森林公园曲水河景区在其旅游控制性详细规划中运用空间句法理论和UCL Depthmap工具构建景区轴线分析模型,结合连接值、集成度和智能值的等形态分析变量,量化分析并指导景区交通系统、景观系统、休闲娱乐系统和旅游服务系统以及功能分区的规划。结果表明:(1)空间句法适用于量化景区的空间形态,其分析结果能够有效指导旅游区的控制性详细规划,连接值和集成度的值可作为旅游项目空间布置的重要依据,智能值从整体的角度反映空间布局的合理性;(2)空间句法的轴线模型依据拟规划交通系统获得,但可依据形态变量调整交通系统以实现最优化;其余各系统的规划不能仅仅追求高集成度而需结合规划目标、环境要求、客流量等情况具体分析,以实现景区空间布局整体最优。
