土地生态资产价值空间定量评估探索

摘要

生态资产评估与管理是中国大力推进生态文明建设背景下的重要研究命题.基于生态资产评估技术现状及土地领域加强生态属性相关研究的需求,以土地生态资产为对象,探索融合" 功能、资产"认识、体现土地特性的资产价值空间定量评估方法.采用归纳总结及综合分析法,界定了土地生态资产内涵及特征,提出基准土地生态资产价值的概念及意义,明确基准土地生态资产价值 评估及应用思路,为生态资产管理奠定技术基础.%Assessment and management of the ecological assets is an important research topic under the background of China's great efforts to advance eco-civilization construction. Based on the current assessment technology of land ecological assets and the call for more researches on ecological attributes in the field of land, this paper mainly explored a quantitative evaluation method on asset value that integrates the understanding of"functions and assets" and reflects land features. Trough the methods of induction, summary and comprehensive analysis, this paper defined the connotation and characteristics of land ecological assets, proposed the conception and meaning of ecological assets of standard land and identified its evaluation method and application thinking, laying a technical foundation for the management of ecological assets.
