城市用地扩张合理性分析——以湖北省武汉市为例

         

摘要

As the development of urbanization,intensive urban sprawl has become the future development trend of most cities.Through comprehensive evaluation models and coordination coefficients,13 indicators are selected to evaluate the rationality of urban sprawl in Wuhan in the past 14 years from the three perspectives,namely,scale of land use,investment assets and benefit outputs,with the aim of seeking the most stable and reasonable urban expansion model.The result indicates that the expansion of Wuhan city has passed through the chaotic period and has gradually entered a stage of stable development after 10 years'exploration.In the future,it is necessary to save and intensively utilize land as well as to build a new three-dimensional city.While focusing on controlling land use scale,the city will transform from a horizontally-developed to a three-dimensional development,w hich not only increases land utilization,but also excavates urban land use potentiality.%随着城市化逐步深入,集约式的城市扩张模式成为大部分城市未来发展趋势.通过综合评价模型和协调系数,从城市用地规模、资产投入和效益产出3个角度,选取了13个指标对武汉市近14年的城市扩张合理性进行评价,旨在寻求最稳定最合理的城市扩张发展模式.结果表明:经过10年的摸索,武汉城市扩张过程已度过混乱时期,逐步进入稳定发展阶段,未来需重点考虑集约节约利用土地,建设立体化新城市.在重点控制用地规模的同时,从横向发展城市转为立体发展,提高土地利用率,挖掘城市土地潜力.
