养老机构设施设备配置现状与对策建议

摘要

Pension agency plays an important role in the elderly nursing system in China. However, the facilities and equipment conifguration in the domestic pension institutions are short of scientiifc and uniform standards. The distribution of resources is unequal, and a huge difference of facilities conifgure exists among the different agencies. The conifguration and usage for barrier-free facilities and aids are non-standard in some agencies, and reasonable zoning management lack in the internal organization. In this paper, based on the survey and research for numbers of domestic pension agencies and facilities manufacturers, and combined some foreign experience, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem above.%养老机构在我国的养老体系中发挥着重要作用。然而，目前国内养老机构设施设备配置缺乏科学、统一的标准，资源配置不均，不同机构之间配置差异巨大，部分机构无障碍设施和辅具设备的配置及使用不规范，机构内部缺乏合理的分区管理。通过对国内多家养老机构和设施设备厂家进行调研和问题分析，结合国外相关经验，提出了解决以上问题的对策建议。
