构建失能老年人的智慧养老服务平台——以社会网络为视角

尊老爱老是从古至今的道德追求,然而随着城市化进程的加快,失能老年人养老所依靠的社会网络因传统社会资本缩减和现代社会资本未及时建立而出现断裂,进而导致失能老年人的养老困境.此时,依托物联网、互联网等信息科技介入养老领域这一趋势使得"智慧养老"应运而生.如何通过构建一个各类资源广泛汇聚、各方互动支持的失能老年人智慧养老服务平台,从失能老年人自身和社会支持两方面增加失能老年人获取异质性网络的可能性,便成为弥合和重建失能老年人社会网络的一个创新途径.%Giving respect and love for the elder is the moral standard since ancient times. However, with the speeding up of urbanization process, the social network which the disabled elderly rely on is broken because the traditional social capital has reduced and modern social capital has not established in time. It leads to the elders' life into dilemma. At this point, the Information Technology such as technology of Internet of things and Internet get involved in pension ifeld, wisdom pension appears. How to build a service platform of wisdom pension with widely convergence of resources and interactive support, and increase the chances of obtaining heterogeneous networks from two aspects of disabled elders and social support, will be a innovate way to bridge and reconstruct the disabled elders' social networks.
