我国农村社区服务满意度研究--基于山东省诸城市“多村一社区”服务项目的实证分析

摘要

With the acceleration of modernization and urbanization process in China, community service and the gradual rise in China has developed rapidly. Based on a sample survey of Zhucheng,Shandong Province, and the degree of satisfaction with the implementation of the“multi-vil age community” services,this survey makes microscopic sempirical analysis. The study found that rural residents' multi-vil age community “services provided after the reform of the for-mation of the vil age is more satisfactory,And in residents' mind,the degree of importance of the establishment of community service centers,their correlation with the level of education is smal , with the convenience and residents of the community service centers annual income levels of these two factors have a greater relevance. The study also shows that in the provision of commu-nity services,there are stil some problem,such as welfare facilities available and less supply im-balance,the relative lack of volunteer services and professional services,fewer services and lower levels of management as wel as community service system is not perfect. Therefore, improving the community service system is very urgent and important task.%随着我国现代化和城市化进程的加快，社区服务逐渐在我国兴起并快速发展起来。此文在抽样调查的基础上，对山东省诸城市“多村一社区”服务项目的实施情况以及公民的满意度进行了微观的实证分析。研究发现，农村居民对村庄改革后形成的“多村一社区”提供的服务项目是较为满意的，并且社区综合服务中心的建立在居民心中的重要性程度，与他们的受教育水平的关联度较小，与社区综合服务中心的便利程度和居民年收入水平这两个因素有较大的相关性。研究还表明，我国在社区服务提供方面，仍然存在着福利设施的可及性较低，供给不均衡，志愿性服务和专业化服务比较缺乏，服务项目较少且水平较低以及社区服务的管理体制不健全等的问题，因此，完善社区服务体系的任务十分紧迫而重要。
