随着城市扩展和经济增长，东莞市将面临十分艰巨的碳减排任务，仅仅采取常规低碳调控政策（主要是能源、工业政策），实现低碳城市的建设目标难度很大，而且将付出较大的转型成本代价。本研究从土地低碳利用的角度出发，提出土地利用对策体系，对东莞低碳城市建设具有实际应用价值，研究具有明显的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。通过对东莞市案例的研究，对广东省乃至全国低碳城市建设亦具有十分重要的借鉴意义。%With urban expansion and economic growth, Dongguan City, wil face the daunting task of reducing emissions of carbon, just take a conventional carbon-control policies (mainly energy, industrial policy), to achieve the goal of building a great difficulty low-carbon city, and wil pay larger transition costs price. This study from the perspective of land use carbon paper proposed land use countermeasures system with practical value for the construction of low-carbon city of Dongguan, research has obvious economic, environmental and social benefits. Through case studies, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province and the country also has a low-carbon urban construction drawing is of great significance.
