基于二次移动平均法的阜阳市劳动力资源预测分析

摘要

阜阳市是安徽省人口最多的城市，通过走访阜阳市劳动和社会保障部门收集相关数据，得到阜阳市劳动力资源素质及其分配情况，应用二次移动平均法预测、分析了阜阳市劳动力人口总的发展趋势，对阜阳市劳动力资源的配置提出了合理建议。%Fuyang has the largest number of population in Anhui province. We investigated the distribution and quality of labor resources of Fuyang city by visiting the labor and social security department. Then we forecasted the trend of labor resources with twice moving average method, and put forward the reasonable proposal about the allocation of labor resources.
