水泥强度等级对C55高墩用混凝土性能的影响

             

摘要

采用P·O 42.5和P·O 52.5水泥分别配制C55高性能混凝土,考察水泥强度等级对混凝土抗压强度、抗压弹模发展趋势的影响,以分析水泥强度等级对高墩用高性能混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,用P·O 42.5水泥的混凝土3d、7d抗压强度比使用P·O 42.5水泥的混凝土低,但是28d和56d后,前者会超过后者;两种水泥配制的混凝土的抗压弹模比较接近;在同强度等级下,使用P·O 42.5水泥会比使用P·O 52.5水泥的混凝土绝热温升略有降低,但不显著。预计若以56d同强度设计,则绝热温升的差异会更加明显。%The influence of cement grade on the compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus of C55 high performance concrete was studied by analyzing the difference between P·O42.5 cement and P·O52.5cement. The results showed that the compressive strength of the concrete made with P·O42.5 cement was lower than that of P·O52.5 cement at 3 and 7 days, while a little higher at 28 and 56 days. The compressive elastic modulus of the concrete both made with P·O42.5cement and P·O52.5 cement were almost the same. The adiabatic temperature rise of the former was a little lower than that of the latter under the same strength, and the difference would be obvious if the strength grade was designed according to the 56d results.
