紫外分光光度法测定麦冬提取物中总皂苷的含量

摘要

采用紫外分光光度法，以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品，在406 nm波长处对麦冬提取物中总皂苷成分进行含量测定。结果显示回归方程为Y=0.016X+0.025（r=0.9992），总皂苷在0.0335~3.39 mg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为102.11%（n=9）。由此得出结论：该方法简易、易操作、重现性好，可作为麦冬总皂苷及含麦冬制剂的的质量控制指标。%objective: To establish a determination method of total saponin content in Ophiopogon japonicus extract. Methods: Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determinate total saponins in ophiopogon japonicus extract at 406 nm wavelength, with diosgenin as the control. Results:The regression equation is Y=0.016X+0.025 (r=0.9992). In the range of 0.0335~3.39 mg, it showed a good linear relationship, and the average recovery rate is 102.11% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, easy, and reproducible. It can be used as quality control method for Ophiopogon japonicus capsule.
