EBZ-200C 掘进机液压油使用浅析

As the most important equipment in mine construction, tunnel boring machine has become the important equipment to improve production efficiency, guarantee the smooth, stable process based on. However, in practice due to hydraulic system failure occurs frequently, make the boring machine can not play advantages due in production. In the fault of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil quality is not good and metamorphism, pollution and invasive impurities in the repair of, is the main fault system, which accounts for the failures of hydraulic system 80%. In this paper, the EBZ -200C tunneling machine used in mine, hydraulic oil selection, filling, pollution assessment, replacement and maintenance situation to put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to reduce the failure rate of equipment, give full play to its advantages, to lay the foundation for the realization of the economic benefits of the enterprise.%　　作为矿井掘进施工中最重要的设备，掘进机已成为提高生产效率，保障各工序顺利、稳定进行的重要设备基础。然而，实践中由于液压系统的故障频繁发生，使掘进机无法在生产中发挥出应有的技术优势。在液压系统的故障中，由于液压油质量不好及变质、污染和在维修中杂质的侵入，是造成系统的主要故障，它占液压系统的故障率的80％。本文就我矿使用的 EBZ-200C 掘进机，对液压油的选择、加注、污染评定、更换及日常维护情况提出相应的处理对策，以期降低设备的故障率，充分发挥其技术优势，为实现企业经济效益奠定基础。
