本文采用了钢板生产工艺追溯,结合夹杂物、金相显微组织等手段,对Q345B动臂耳板断裂机理进行了分析,结果表明院(员)使用环境温度过低;(2)钢板晶粒度较粗大且分布不均匀是造成断裂的主要原因。%This research mainly studies the fracture mechanism of ear-plate (made of Q345B)of boom mechanical loader via trace back to the production process,in combination with the inclusions and metallographic structure from examination.The analysis shows that:1.low ambient temperature 2. Coarse and maldistribution of grains is the main cause to the failure.
