覆盆子研究进展及其资源开发利用

摘要

Raspberry, the fruit of Rubus chingii Hu, was rich in a variety of nutritional components and antioxidant, immunomodulatory, antitumor bioactive components. Rubus chingii Hu wild resources are very rich in China and are wide distribution. Rubus chingii Hu shows strong adaptability and high value. But at present, most resources are in the wild and large-scale artificial cultivation is less. Therefore, it will produce huge economic and social value for utilization and development of Rubus chingii Hu resources. This paper introduces the research advance of raspberry and Rubus chingii Hu resources utilization and development current situation and prospect based on raspberry nutrients, chemical composition, activity and resource utilization and development. It will provide reference for promote the utilization and industrial development of Rubus chingii Hu resources in China.%覆盆子为蔷薇科悬钩子属植物果实，富含多种营养成分和抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等生物活性成分。我国覆盆子“生资源丰富，分布广泛，适应性强，附加值高，但目前大多资源还是处于“生状态，人工大规模栽培还较少。因此覆盆子作为经济植物开发利用具有较大的经济与社会价值。本文从覆盆子特征、营养成分、化学成分、活性作用及资源利用与发展等几个方面介绍了覆盆子研究的进展和覆盆子资源开发利用的现状与前景，为推动我国覆盆子资源利用与产业发展提供参考。
