民用运输类飞机最小飞行机组的适航符合性验证研究

摘要

根据中国民用航空规章第25部《运输类飞机适航标准》（CCAR-25）中第25.1523条（最小飞行机组）的规定：申请人必须要确定民用运输类飞机的最小飞行机组，它的确定是一个包含人为因素在内的多学科综合的适航验证问题，是民机适航取证的难点之一。本文从民用运输类飞机最小飞行机组的由来和适航条款出发，总结了验证最小飞行机组所需考虑的因素，介绍了验证最小飞行机组的适航符合性验证方法，展望了未来验证最小飞行机组适航符合性技术的发展方向，该研究结果对我国民用运输类飞机最小飞行机组的适航符合性验证具有一定的指导作用。%According to the Chinese Civil Aviation Regulations Part 25, “transport category aircraft airworthiness standards” (CCAR-25), applicant must determine the minimum flight crew, and it is identified as one of the difficulties of civil transport category aircraft airworthiness certification issues which containing multi-disciplinary including human factors. Start from the origin and airworthiness article of the minimum flight crew, this paper summarizes the factors need to be considered, introduces the methods of compliance, forecasts the technology development direction in verifying the minimum flight crew, its findings would have certain role in guiding the minimum flight crew verifying on China's civil transport category aircraft.
