基于信息技术的煤炭企业现场管理精益生产模式研究——以神华神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿为例

Although the refined management have been applied to the coal mines, but failed to combine refined thinking, local management and information based together, and not formed a complete, comprehensive, the unified management frame. Based on the information technology, under refined management instruction, unify own site management practices,Shenhua Shendong coal group Daliuta coal mine conceive a new management model of site management, provide a new idea and method for coal mines carrying out refined thinking.%精细化管理模式虽然已经在煤炭企业中得到了大力推广,但都未能将精细化思想、现场管理与信息化三者有机结合在一起,尚未形成完整、全面、统一的管理模式.基于信息技术,在精细化思想的指导下,结合神华神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿自身现场管理的实践,构建了煤矿企业现场管理的精益生产模式,为煤炭企业现场推行精细化管理提供了一种新的思路与方法.
