科技型中小企业RD投资、人力资本投资与企业成长路径的关系——基于面板数据的实证研究

Based on the characters of growth of High tech SMEs. this article will human capital and technology capital to cover the scope of the intellectual capital. Using the theoretical framework of dynamic evolution, built a index system of e-volution path on High-tech SMEs. And for the first time using panel data to be an empirical study of the relationship between High-tech SMEs intellectual capital and business evolution path. The analysis results show that; there is a positive relationship between human capital vector variables and firm growth path changes of which the proportion that researchers have significant economic implications. At the same time, the R&D investment has significant positive effects on enterprises tend to skip mutant growth, and negative correlation between the growth path and non-R&D investment. In the control industry characteristics. R&D investment is more significant in traditional manufacturing industries, which shows that the industry characteristics on High-tech SMEs evolution path. In addition, the growth path does not exist so called selected regional comparative advantage in High-tech SMEs.%基于科技型中小企业成长的特点,将人力资本与技术资本涵盖于知识资本的范畴,在动态演化的理论框架中,构建了影响科技型中小企业演化路径的指标体系,并首次运用混合截面数据对科技型中小企业知识资本与企业演化路径的关系进行了实证研究.研究表明:在满足—定条件下,人力资本与企业成长路径变迁之间呈正相关关系,其中,研发人员比例具有显著的经济意义.同时,R&D投入对企业倾向于跳跃式突变成长有显著的正向影响,而非R&D投入与其存在负相关关系,但在控制了行业特征之后,传统制造业R&D投入效果较高科技行业更为显著.这一结果从另一侧面说明了行业特征对企业演化路径和策略选择的重要性.另外,我国科技型中小企业在成长路径选择中不存在区域比较优势.
