基于自组织的河西走廊新能源产业集群成长演化

摘要

Understand the development of renewable energy industry in China from the perspective of evolution of industrial cluster development based on the theory of self-organization theory.To explore the regularity of the different stage of re-newable energy industrial clusters in China.The results show that agglomeration level of renewable energy industry in Chi-na come to amplifier stage in 2004,agglomeration level stable rise before 2013,industrial development at this stage is fa-cing the two extremes of upgrading and recession;Combined with the industrial agglomeration degree,based on the self-organization theory to our country new energy industrial cluster growth evolution is divided into four stages;The renew-able energy industry cluster of Hexi Corridor has completed the agglomeration self-reinforcing stage,is currently at transi-tion in the enterprise agglomeration ability self-amplified to cluster system self-adj ustment stage;then to accelerate the de-velopment of industrial clusters in Hexi Corridor put forward the countermeasures.%基于自组织理论,从产业集群成长演化视角探讨我国新能源产业发展,选取典型地区新能源产业集群进行集聚度分析,探索新能源产业集群成长规律,分析河西走廊新能源产业集群成长演化。研究发现：我国新能源产业于2004年进入集群成长自放大阶段,2013年前集聚水平稳定上升,现阶段产业发展面临升级与衰退两种极端；结合产业集聚水平变化,基于自组织理论,可将我国新能源产业集群成长演化划分为4个阶段；河西走廊新能源产业集群在政府外生力量的推动下,已完成资源要素自增强阶段,形成了空间集聚,目前处于企业集聚能力自放大向集群系统自调整的过渡阶段。最后,提出了加快河西走廊新能源产业集群发展的对策。
