我国RD投入要素对专利生产的贡献度测算

         

摘要

This paper investigates the relation between R&D and patent production from a new perspective. The paper judges the patent production from the perspective of patent gross domestic product, which is different from those evaluated by the patent quantity in the past. This paper applies the analytic approach of factors to evaluate and analyze the contribution of R&D input factors during the process of patent production. It concludes that the patent production is in DRS (decreasing return to scale) , and the contribution remuneration of R&D expense is more than three times as the full time contribution remuneration of R&D staff. In order to evaluate the patent gross domestic product accurately, this paper applies Solow Complementary method and Cobb - Douglas production functions containing industrial structure and institutional factor to measure it.%从新角度对R&D与专利产出的关系进行研究.与以往用专利数量表示专利产出不同,以专利生产总值衡量专利产出.运用要素分析方法对专利生产中R&D投入要素的贡献进行测算和分析,得出我国专利制度生产规模报酬递减、R&D支出经费的贡献额是R&D人员全时当量贡献额的3倍以上等结论.为了准确测度专利生产总值,运用包含产业结构和制度因素的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和索罗余值法测度对其进行测度.
