区域科技创新指数的构建

摘要

The paper points out the significant role of regional science and technology innovation system in the promotion of regional economy, living standard; reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign study on regional innovation, science and technology innovation, the index and the practice in science and technology innovation evaluation. It proposes a way to build the regional science and technology innovation index.%指出区域创新系统中科技创新子系统对于区域经济增长、人们生活提升的巨大作用,归纳综述国内外学者关于区域创新、科技创新、指数的研究及科技创新评价实践,提出构建珠江三角洲科技创新指数的思路.
