科技特派员运行模式创新探索——以四川为例

摘要

This paper analyses the special commissioners in science and technology from the innovation of internal integration, exterior concordance, vertical concordance and dynamic management innovation. Then it explores the ability integration , special group in science and technology, industry of special commissioners in science and technology, warning feedback. It takes Sichuan province as an example to probe the law in order to popularize the special commissioners in science and technology.%从科技特派员内部集成创新、外部整合创新、实施路径创新、动态管理创新四个维度,对实践中科技特派员能力集成、科技特派团、工业科技特派员、科技特派员预警反馈进行探索,并以四川为例,总结科技特派员运行模式的创新,以求促进科技特派员制度在全国的推广.
