中国LED背光技术专利布局现状分析

摘要

The paper explored the competition landscape and development trends which are the commanding points of the LED backlighting technology from the perspective of the patent. It chooses the patents from 2003-2008 collected in the DII (Dement Innovations Index) patent database to study the patent layout of Chinas LED backlight technology in accordance with the following aspects: technology composition of the overall industry, countries (regions) and layout of the major technology companies and so on.%从专利的角度探究了液晶电视中的技术制高点—LED背光的竞争格局和发展趋势.选择DII( Derwent Innovations Index)专利数据库中2003～2008年的申请专利,分别从整体产业、国家(地区)、技术构成以及主要公司的技术布局等方面,研究了中国LED背光技术的专利布局情况.
