基于系统分析的实用型供应链风险管理框架

摘要

On the basis of risk identification from the external environment, supply chain system and resources flow systematically, we apply system analysis method, put forward practical supply chain risk management framework of enterprise based on the system analysis. Combining the practice of ericsson in supply chain risk management, we discuss the practical problem in the process of supply chain risk management, so as to provide the theory basis and reference for enterprise implementing supply chain risk management effectively.%在对供应链风险从外部环境、供应链系统、供应链资源流角度进行系统性识别的基础上,应用系统分析的方法,提出了基于系统分析的企业实用型供应链风险管理框架,并结合爱立信的供应链风险管理实践,讨论了实用的供应链风险管理流程问题,以期为企业进行有效的供应链风险管理提供依据和参考.
