重点实验室是科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科学家、开展高层次学术交流的重要基地,是依托大学和科研院所建设的科研实体.1992年,辽宁省陆续有计划、有重点地依托大学、科研院所组建了一批重点实验室.经过多年的建设,已经发展成为能够持续增强辽宁省科技创新能力、获取关键技术和自主知识产权的重要科研基地.为进一步促进辽宁省重点实验室健康、快速发展,本文通过分析辽宁省重点实验室面临的问题,针对性地提出了建设和发展重点实验室的建议.%Key laboratory is an important part of technological innovation system, an important base of organizing high level basic research and applied basic research, gathering and training outstanding scientists to conduct high - level academic exchanges, and a research entity relying on the construction of universities and research institutes.Liaoning Province has been planning to set up a number of key laboratories relying on universities and research institutes since 1992.After years of construction, Lianning Province has developed into an important research base which can sustainingly enhance science and technology innovation ability, and obtain key technology and independent intellectual property fights.To further promote healthy and rapid development of key laboratory, this paper analyzes problems of Lianning Province' s key laboratory and puts forward construction and development proposals.
