大型项目的设计任务繁琐而庞大,业主常常把任务分包给多家设计公司.如果缺乏可行的管理方法,将会使设计目标难以达成一致.因此,研究设计总承包模式的特点及其设计管理方式,有助于业主和设计总包公司对设计过程的控制.论文对设计总承包模式下四种主要管理方式的特点和应用范围进行了比较分析,并以HB庄园项目为例,为其设计了合理的项目组织结构、管理机制和多主体的控制方式,为构建大型设计项目的承包模式提供了有益的借鉴.%As design work is complicated and involved in large projects, owners usually choose to sub -contract the design task to a number of specialized design companies. The design objective will become disharmonious if no feasible management method exists. Therefore, the study of the model of general design contracting and its management methods will help owners and design companies to consolidate control over the design process. This paper compares the characteristics and applications of four main design management methods of design general contracting models, selects proper management models, organizational structures, management mechanisms and multi- subject control methods for the Huubin valley project according to the project features, and hence gives guidance to build the design management system for large projects.
