Shenzhen, as a special zone of reforming and opening, attracts a lot of foreign investors and its degree of R&D globalization increases correspondently.This paper cites index of R&D in financing, institutes, activities and output to assess the degree of R&D globalization.As a result, these fields are divided into four parts.At the same time, through econometrics model, a conclusion is drawn that R&D in financing has the most influencing effects on R&D output and R&D in institutes is the least.%深圳作为改革开放的特区,吸引着众多的外商投资企业在此投资,R&D国际化水平也不断提高.论文选用R&D资金国际化、R&D机构国际化、R&D活动国际化、R&D产出国际化四项指标对深圳不同行业的R&D国际化水平进行了综合评价,并得到排名.在所有的外商投资所涉及到的行业中,根据最终得分可将所有行业划分为四类.其中,通讯设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业各项指标处于领先水平.通过计量模型,得知R&D资金国际化、活动国际化、机构国际化对R&D产出的影响程度依次递减.
