中小企业自主创新是影响各国经济增长的重要因素.论文介绍国外发达国家促进中小企业自主创新措施经验,剖析江苏中小企业自主创新开展情况,并借鉴发达国家经验,提出促进江苏中小企业自主创新的政策与措施建议.%Independent innovation in small and medium - sized enterprises is an important driving force for a country' s economic growth.This article gives a brief introduction of measures and experience of independent innovation in small and medium - sized enterprises abroad and also analyzes the current status of independent innovation in small and mediumsized enterprises in Jiangsu province.Using the experience of developed countries for reference, this article gives some policies and measures to promote independent innovation in small and medium- sized enterprises in Jiangsu province.
