面向国际服务外包的吉林省科技发展水平研究

摘要

分析影响国际服务外包发展的科技因素,建立评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对吉林省的科技发展水平进行评价.结果表明:在支持国际服务外包发展方面,吉林省的科技发展水平较低.增加科技投入,培训和引进人力资源,建立科技成果转化机制,提高信息保障能力是提高吉林省科技发展水平的重要对策.%Based on the analysis of the influence of science and technology on international service outsourcing, this paper sets an indicator system, uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the development of science and technology. It shows that the development of science and technology is weak at supporting the international service outsourcing in Jilin province. In order to promote the development of science and technology in Jilin province, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, that is: to improve the input of science and technology, to train and introduce professionals, to build transformation mechanism from science and technology to productivity, to improve the level of information service.
