摘要

Regional diversity leads to the feature of subsidiary entrepreneurship and the emergence of subsidiary initiative. The major issue of corporations is how to efficiently control the subsidiaries'business behaviors by the parent and ensure the benefits maximization of the continuous subsidiary initiatives.
