新疆与周边国家在石化工业领域合作的现状及走势

摘要

This article, starting from Xinjiangs cooperation with neighboring countries in petroleum, natural gas and petrochemical industry, introduces the technology and innovation of petrochemical science and technology in Xinjiang, analyzes the possibilities and future trend of carrying out strategic cooperation, and puts forward the following suggestions; grasping the organization orientation and influence, establishing common interest mechanism of cooperation strategy, and constructing the Central Asia Sub Regional Economic Circle between Xinjiang and Central Asian Countries.%根据我国新疆与周边国家在石油、天然气和石化领域的合作状况,以推进新疆石油化工科技进步与创新为目的,分析了新疆与周边国家在石化工业领域进行战略合作的可能性和未来走势,提出了“把握好‘上合’组织的定位与影响力,采取建立共同利益机制”的合作战略,以及新疆与中亚国家“组建中亚次区域经济圈”的合作途径等对策建议.
