技术经营对中小板上市公司成长性的影响

摘要

采用因子分析方法,选取我国中小板生物医药类上市公司作为研究对象,引入技术经营的概念和有关指标,建立评价体系,探讨中小板企业技术经营能力与企业成长性之间的关系.研究结果表明,企业技术经营能力和成长性显著正相关,技术经营的内涵指标是影响企业成长性的主要因素.%The paper takes Pharmaceuticals SME Board in China as a research object, introduces the concept of the management of technology ( MOT) and some related indexes. It builds an evaluation system using factor analysis, then the paper explores the relationship between MOT and enterprises growth of SME board. The study shows that the abilities of MOT are positively correlated to the enterprises growth, the indexes of MOT have the positive impact on enterprises growth.
