With the development of formulation process of technology roadmap, it continues to expand and deepen, and achieves through a series of methods to discuss at the meetings. Compared with the traditional planning tool, it has series of important features. To enhance the communication features of technology roadmap, we should do from the " clear objectives" , " information gathering" , " quality of personnel," " feedback loops" , " follow - up communication.
