四川省农业科技成果转化资金实施效果分析

摘要

The central government sets up the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds from 2001. The funds can promote the transformation and application of agricultural science and technology achievements to in-crease the agricultural production efficiency, strengthen agriculture science and technology content and competitiveness. This paper analyses the effecl of the agricultural science and technology achievements transformation funds during the " e-leventh five-year plan", and reveals the achievement from technology factors flow, industrial competitiveness and ability of research and capital drive, it also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.%2001年以来,中央设立了农业科技成果转化资金以促进农业科技成果的转化和应用,提高农业生产效率,增强农业科技含量和竞争力.对四川省“十一五”期间农业科技成果转化资金的实施状况进行了分析,重点从科技要素流动、产业竞争力、科研能力和资金带动等方面揭示了取得的成效,据此提出了相应的对策建议.
