摘要

提出一种适应信息化环境的新型工艺创新组织结构——虚拟动态联盟,并分析虚拟动态联盟的概念、特征、组织架构以及生命周期,提出工艺创新在虚拟动态联盟中的组织流程.%The paper presents a new type of process innovation organization structure - virtual dynamic alliance which a-dapte to information environment. It analyzes its concept , features, organizational structure and life cycle. At last the pa-per introduces the organizational processes of process innovation in virtual dynamic alliance.
