基于BIM的精益建造关键技术集成实现与优势分析

Lean construction and building information modeling are advanced construction concepts and methods in the construction industry. Both of these aim to reduce waste, improve labor productivity and create the maximum value. This paper proposes and analyzes the basic model of the BIM integration and the key technologies of the lean construction, lists the main advantages, and briefly discusses how to achieve the sustainable development.%精益建造与建筑信息模型(BIM)都是建筑行业先进的建造理念、建造方式,二者都旨在减少浪费、提高劳动生产率,进而创造价值最大.针对如何将精益建造的关键技术与BIM集成,提出基本模式并加以具体分析,列举出精益建造的关键技术与BIM集成的主要优势,并对实现建筑业可持续发展方式进行简要探讨.
