基于客户质量期望的节能服务市场细分综合模型

         

摘要

China’s energy service industry has been growing sharply,so energy service companies (EMCO)are facing many opportunities and challenges.In order to help EMCOs to solve the market segmentation problem of unitary dimension and incomprehensive perspective,the paper selects customers’quality expectation as the segmentation variable ,which gives attention to both the supply and demand side.Combined with company strategic objectives,company competitive-ness,and market attractiveness,the integrated model for energy service market segmentation based on customers’quality expectation is constructed for helping EMCOs to have more scientific and reasonable market segmentation and market targe-ting.%我国节能服务产业发展迅猛,节能服务企业(简称EMCO)机遇与挑战并存。为解决EMCO市场细分维度单一,角度不全面的问题,选择兼顾供需两方的客户质量期望作为细分变量对节能服务市场进行细分,并结合公司战略目标、企业竞争力和市场吸引力等因素构造基于用户质量期望的节能服务市场细分综合模型,以期为EMCO更加科学、合理地进行市场细分和目标市场选择提供理论参考。
