德国科研不端行为治理体系的特点及启示

摘要

With a serious research misconduct in mid -1990s, German began to build a comprehensive management system of research misconduct.After years of development , German formed its unique characteristics.The thesis describes the de-velopment of the system in German , analyses its characteristics , then explores its implications for construction of Chinese system.%伴随着重大科研不端行为的发生，德国开始科研不端行为治理体系的建设，经过多年的发展，现已形成自身独有的特点。对其发展脉络和主要特点进行梳理和分析对我国科研不端治理体系的建设将具有重要的启示性意义。
