电子商务领域专利保护现状与对策研究

摘要

我国电子商务产业的发展对于拉动内需、促进经济结构调整具有重要意义。近年来我国从事电子商务经营的相关企业也逐渐开始专利申请工作，但电子商务专利保护仍存在一定不足。信息技术的不断发展为电子商务注入了新的动力，我国应当不断完善相关立法，推动电子商务领域技术创新。%The development of E -commerce plays an important role for stimulating domestic demand and economic restruc -turing in our country.Many enterprises have applied for some patents in recent years , but patent protection is still not e-nough.The development of information technology has greatly promoted E -commerce , and motivated the technical innova-tion.The relative law should be improved.
