企业转型过程中内部知识转移动因分析

摘要

In the process of enterprise transformation,the role of internal knowledge transfer is self-evident.Based on this,in this paper,it focuses on the analysis of internal and external factors that promote the transformation of enterprises implementing internal knowledge transfer in order to draw relevant conclusions which will provide reference for enterprises to realize transformation successfully with the aid of effective knowledge transfer.%内部知识转移在企业转型过程中发挥的作用将不言而喻.基于此,对促使转型企业实施内部知识转移的内部、外部因素进行着重分析,以期得出相关结论,为企业借助有效的知识转移成功实现转型提供借鉴意义.
