风险与技术风险概念界定的关系研究

摘要

在当前风险社会的话语环境中,对风险及技术风险的界定是研究风险理论及规避技术风险的重要基础.在对风险的不同理解中,各种界定所共有的要素成为了理解技术风险的理论通道.以此通道为根基,对技术风险内涵把握主要有技术风险的客观实体派、主观建构派和“第三种观点”.正确认识三种把握方式的区别和联系是科学、合理地认识技术风险的有效途径.%The definition of risk and technological risk are the important foundation of researching on the risk theory and avoiding the technological risk in the discourse of current risk society.In different understandings of risk,common elements of the definitions become a theoretical channel of understanding technological risk.Based on this channel,there are three main opinions to grasp technological risk connotation,that is,objective entity theory,subjective construction theory and the "third view" of technological risks.Understanding the differences and connections correctly of the three opinions is an effective way to understand scientifically and rationally the technological risks.
