企业RD项目组合实施优先级排序研究

研究考虑了项目之间的相关性,并结合R&D项目组合的其他特点,依次从组合类别、项目级别以及单个项目评级出发,分步进行排序,层层深入,最终得出R&D项目组合在实施过程中较为详尽的优先级排序.%Considering the correlations between different projects and other features of R&D project portfolios' , the paper researches the prioritizing order of R&D project portfolios step by step, in turns, from categories of project portfolios, project level and evaluation of the single project.Finally, the paper obtains the detailed prioritizing order of R&D project portfolios.
