创新方法铺就创新之路——以吉利为例

先进的创新方法是提升国家自主创新能力的重要武器.吉利的创新成功与创新观念、创新方法、创新战略、创新管理有密切关系.以吉利为例,分析解读其在产品设计制造与管理创新中应用的创新方法,分析每种创新方法的选择决策与企业创新模式、创新战略、创新能力演变及企业家创新精神之间的关联.在此基础上,提出创新方法应用的经验和启示.%Advanced innovation method is an important weapon to enhance national indigenous innovative capacity. The success of Geely innovation is related to innovation conception, innovative method, innovation strategies, innovation management. Taking Geely as an example, the paper interpreted the application of innovation methods in product design and management innovation, and analyzed the association between the selection and decision of each innovation method and enterprise innovation mode, innovation strategy, innovation capability evolution, and entrepreneurial innovation spirit. On this basis, experience and inspiration of innovation method application were proposed.
