商业生态系统中企业间信任的影响因素分析

摘要

信任对于商业生态系统企业间的合作起着至关重要的作用.总结了企业间信任的概念及其影响因素的研究成果,对商业生态系统中企业间信任进行了理论分析,根据其特性提出了商业生态系统中企业间信任的4个维度——能力型信任、关系型信任、制度型信任和学习型信任,在此基础上分析了商业生态系统中企业间信任的影响因素,为商业生态系统中的企业认识、改善企业间的信任关系提供理论支持.%Trust plays an important role in the promotion of inter - firm cooperation in the business ecosystem. This paper reviews the concept and the influencing factors of inter - firm trust and analyzes inter - firm trust in the business ecosystem theoretically. According to the characteristics of the business ecosystem, the paper proposes four inter - firm trust dimensions in the business ecosystem: capable trust, relational trust, institutional trust and learning trust. On the basis of above analysis, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of inter - firm trust in the business ecosystem which provides support theoretically to enhance inter - firm awareness and improve the inter - firm trust relationship in the business ecosystem.
