台湾发展知识密集型服务业的政策梳理和效果研究

The article describes policies and initiatives in Taiwan district which developed knowledge — intensive business services (KIBS) during the past two decades, and taking R&D industry as an example, the paper discusses the effects and the status quo of Taiwan' s KIBS. It gives the prospects of Taiwan' s KIBS finally.%梳理近二十年来台湾地区发展知识密集型服务业的政策和举措,并以研发服务业为例,分析台湾发展知识密集型服务业的效果和现状,最后就台湾知识密集型服务业的发展提出展望.
