陕西省水资源可持续利用评价

摘要

为改善水资源可持续利用现状，从水资源系统、社会经济系统、人口系统、生态环境系统四个方面考虑，建立了水资源可持续利用评价指标体系。基于均方差决策法构建了水资源可持续利用评价模型，并对2003－2012年陕西省水资源可持续利用进行评价。结果表明，（1）2003－2012陕西省水资源可持续利用度大体上处于上升趋势。（2）陕西省水资源复合系统可持续利用状态对社会经济子系统依赖程度较高。（3）制约陕西省未来水资源可持续利用的主要因素在于陕西省水资源与人口系统的不协调发展，应引起相关部门的高度重视。%In order to improve the sustainable utilization situation of water resources,the evaluation index system for water resources sustainable utilization is established from the four aspects of water resources systems,social and economic sys-tems,demographic,ecological environmental system.Based on MSE decision method,an evaluation modal of water re-sources sustainable utilization is constructed.Water resources sustainable utilization is evaluated from 2003 to 2012 in Shaanxi Province.It proves that: (1 )The sustainable utilization of water resources in Shaanxi Province in general has been on an upward trend from 2003 to 2012;(2)Water resources system of Shaanxi Province is highly dependent on the sustainable utilization of water resources socio-economic subsystem;(3)The main factors of restricting the future devel-opment in Shaanxi Province is the uncoordinated development between water resources and population,which should arouse great attention from the relevant departments.
