基于大数据可用性的政府统计策略研究

摘要

随着大数据的指数型增长，不确定数据大幅度增加，大数据应用深度和广度有限，对传统的政府统计平台建设和统计思路带来严峻的挑战。在分析大数据可用性理论的基础上，提出大数据统计平台建设要求，并给出实施路径与建设策略。%With the exponential growth of big data,uncertain data significantly increase,but the depth and the breadth of big data applications is limited,which brings serious challenges to building traditional government statistics platform and statistics methods. On the basis of analyzing big data usability,the paper puts forward big data statistics platform construc-tion requirements,and further proposes the implementation path and the building strategy.
