基于三维质量屋的军民品协同效率研究

摘要

Under the background of military and civilian integration,this paper analyzes the current development trend of civil-military integration in the international military powers,and proposes the consistency between the cooperativeness and QFD.Therefore,in order to solve the difficulty of the coordination efficiency,the paper puts forward the 3-Dimen-sions house of quality,defines related variables,and fulfils the transformation between the entity variables and intermediate variables.The paper creates a third dimensional synthetic matrix,sums up the rank and column of the third dimensional synthesis matrix,and finally provides a aviation enterprise case to fulfill the new method.%以军民结合这一国防科技企业的重要战略为背景，分析当前国际军工大国军民结合的发展趋势，提出军民品协同与质量屋中用维度相关的思想解决维度融合问题的本质具有一致性。针对军民品协同效率的难点，提出军民品协同的三维质量屋，定义相关变量，并行完成两实体变量与中间变量的转换，创造第三维度的综合矩阵，并对第三维度综合矩阵采用行列求和的方式实现协同。最后通过某航空企业具体案例实践该方法。
